A utopian world ruled by the Elion Codes, in which war has been abolished, where Codifiers have become the new managers, and where (RQ’s) resource quotas delineate every aspect of a citizen’s life.

Revolving around the themes of politics, culture, religion and ecology, four species inhabit Arakkatran - Elion, Nakaali, Fergal and Clission.
At its core we follow the life of Riala, an Elion who takes us ever deeper into the mystery of the vast, and never ending complex universe of the Stream, and its origins.

Secondary characters lead us through the breakdown of Arkkatran society, as those grasping for power try to pervert the Codes, until the arrival of the Solion gods who reveal the true nature of the world they live in.​​
